Missionary Outreach

The needs of the missionaries are always modest and directed toward the people they serve. Sometimes it is for books, paper, and other school supplies for the children in their care. Sometimes it is for medicine for the medically compromised, or clothes for children to attend school. You can be assured that your gift gets to the people in need – directly.

The work of the Dominican Sisters in the missions of Honduras and Peru, in particular, is grounded in work with the poor. They preach and teach, they bear witness to the love of Jesus Christ as they live among the people.

Your contribution allows the Dominican Sisters to carry on God's work throughout the world. Their mission is to advance globalization – in a religious context.

We try to keep updates on the mission activities available through our web pages. We also send a bi-annual newsletter and we encourage people to share this window on the work in the missions with others.
